In an eighty (80) page document, the TCEQ has responded to the public comments submitted on the Exxon/Saudi Wastewater Permit.
However, it is important to note they did not respond to any comments submitted after the December 11 Public Meeting as TCEQ deems them to be late. They will be made part of the record but TCEQ will not provide a response.
