We are extremely grateful to the friends, neighbors, local groups, and small businesses that helped gather signatures for our previous petition.  But we cannot stop there!  We need your help with our new petition addressing air permitting and water rights that may support the massive Exxon/SABIC/GCGV petrochemical facility.

We, the undersigned residents of the coastal bend, oppose this facility. We oppose the issuance of any air permits by TCEQ and any water rights or water usage that may support the facility. We urge Exxon, GCGV, and SABIC to conduct additional due diligence and locate their facility in an area that will not be near communities that will suffer the environmental impacts of its operations.

We further urge our local, state, and national representatives to advance this opposition in any and all forums available.
