In our request to TCEQ for ambient air monitoring in San Patrico County, we included a chart displaying emissions by current industrial operations. We have modified that chart here to include the emissions projected by Exxon in its air permit application. We then included a line that displays how much Exxon’s emissions will increase a particular pollutant, expressed as a percentage of the total of all current industries. Please keep in mind that the chart compares apples to apples and thus does not include other pollutants that will be released by Exxon. Nor does it include the 3 million tons per year of other greenhouses gases, such as CO2.
